06 — Safety

Safety is
our priority

Training

Continuous
Training

Training does not end with mandatory courses. At Archigia it is updated continuously through internal courses, online modules, safety alerts, periodic meetings and discussion sessions dedicated also to our subcontractors.

The goal is to keep awareness alive around the real risks of daily activities: production, handling, work at height, installations, site work, interventions at points of sale and coordination between multiple operators.

Pills

Safety
Pills

We have developed an internal programme of "safety pills": short training videos shared with installation crews, technicians and operational partners. Each pill addresses a specific topic and revisits the fundamental rules that must guide work in the field.

The programme is inspired by the ten golden rules of safety: non-negotiable principles covering the most sensitive activities of our work, from preparation through site management to the final check of operating conditions.

Coffee Break

Safety
Coffee Break

Once a month we organise short, targeted update sessions designed as genuine "safety coffee breaks". Staff, on a rotating basis, take part in meetings dedicated to reviewing the central themes of prevention.

Topic 01

Near Miss

Recognising and reporting near-miss events before they can turn into accidents.

Topic 02

Line of Fire

Identifying the positions and situations in which a person may be directly exposed to risk during an operation.

Topic 03

Stop Work Authority

Reaffirming the right and duty to stop an activity when conditions are not safe.

These sessions serve to transform safety into a shared habit, not a procedure to be recalled only in an emergency.

Operations

Safety in Production
and on Site

Archigia applies the same level of attention both within its production facilities and in activities carried out at points of sale. Safety is monitored through operational procedures, periodic inspections, activity supervision and constant dialogue with the teams involved.

Every job is approached with a simple principle: the quality of the work cannot be separated from the safety of those who carry it out.
